Health Coach Benefits
A real solution
Health coaches promote and support the growth, healing and well-being of the whole person. This provides long-term benefits for improving health.

A health coach partners with their clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that guides and inspires them to reach their potential.
A registered nurse is ideally suited to provide health coaching. I understand the cause of conditions and how to resolve chronic issues. Nurses promote health, and are skilled in educating on a personal level.

Hospitals, doctors, surgery and medications ─ those efforts target saving lives and stabilizing conditions. A nurse health coach provides lasting benefits; preventing and reversing chronic issues and discomfort to restore your natural state and extend your life.
"Paula is a joy to work with. She's non-judgmental. She provided me with much needed information, and shared videos with me. Paula was able to answer all of my questions, and coached me on ways to live healthier. I have changed my diet and now feel better.
I would recommend Paula for a coach because she is very effective."
An inseparable aspect of every communication is the recipient, the target audience, the persona. Failing to incorporate this consideration defeats a primary objective of any communication, to connect with the reader.

When writing an informational, expressive or persuasive message, I consider each type of reader, the context, attitude and other factors, to ensure the message is effective and well received.

A clear and eloquent message, expressed from a considerate perspective, may still be misunderstood or interpreted as having a bad attitude. Each revision includes careful consideration for different perspectives and interpretations.

Regardless of the source or purpose of the message, the intended reader needs to understand why they care. What’s important to them. They need to understand the benefit, impact, or how this involves their concerns.

Whether an internal business document, a sign, procedures, website content, marketing literature or something else, the benefit, needs and interests of the reader are carefully considered.
