I am taking lot of medicine; I have memory problems and I’m overweight. I started out with my eating habits. I want to eat healthier and especially get off some medications. I trust Paula with her ideas and knowledge about health foods and my medical conditions. She has been very kind and patient with me. I love her knowledge about how the food industry has been changing our foods and the things they do to make money for themselves at our expense.


I have made some progress in lowering my blood pressure. I also think my memory has improved. I am starting to really pay attention to the food labels. I am trying to exercise more and I have a better insight on what goes into the body and how it may affect it.

Working with Paula these past few months has been an eye-opening adventure. She is wonderful to work with and explains at a level that I can understand. No matter how many questions I had, she either knew the answer or set about finding the answer for me.


Going into our session I had talked about being depressed, overweight and lacking energy. Paula taught me about the gut health and toxins. She shared videos and reading materials to help me better understand how these were affecting my entire wellbeing. I have made so many changed in the past few months and can already feel a difference.


Rid my house of environmental toxins by changing my toothpaste, deodorant, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry soap, fabric softener, shampoo, conditioner, household cleaner, toilet bowl cleaner, cancelled my lawn care services for weed, etc. My diet is now about 80% gluten, sugar and dairy free. I can already feel a difference in my joints. Through taking supplements, I no longer require prescription medication for depression or high blood pressure and my energy is coming back.


She has turned me on a lifestyle that I was to dive deeper into. I cannot seem to learn enough. I would recommend Paula's coaching to anyone who wants to start feeling better and live life to the fullest.

I have been supervised by Paula Stoughton from February 2017 to present and during that time the world changed dramatically to say the lease. Paula has been a great confidant to me and possess such a positive outlook on life that an ardent pessimist such as myself cannot help to become infected, if you’ll pardon the expression.


I really like working with Paula, we seem to click. Too bad we could not meet in person more often, most of our meeting were over the phone. To start, she asked me some general question about my physical and mental health, and then we set goals. Nothing was too “pie in the sky”, which I appreciate.


One goal was to eat healthier, keeping junk food at bay, which I did. Another was to work out more (have plenty of time these days), which I did. A third goal was to eat smaller portions at meals, which I did. Last but not least was a goal to lose 15 pounds during this process. I am happy to report I lost 10 pounds! I consider that to be great progress and intend to keep it going.


During the isolation, Paula has shared with me via email various articles, websites and podcast/ videos on a wide range of health subjects that have been very informative and thought provoking. I guess you could say she has also helped exercise my brain!


In summary, Paula has helped me on so many levels from which I have derived tremendous benefit. Paula is a good person and excellent nurse. I feel privileged to know her and I highly recommend her.

Talk about stress in your life, the corona virus was beginning and in addition I live with long standing medical problems and had previously tried to quit smoking without success on several different occasions.
